The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do you carry liability insurance?
    Sure, we do.
  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do you charge hourly?
    No, we don't. We charge one amount per performed cleaning services.
  • Can you clean a refregirator separately?
    Yes, we can.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Yes, we do.
  • What kind of supplies do you use?
    In case a customer has any kind of allergy we'll use hypoallergenic supplies. In other cases, we do usually discuss the supplies with a customer.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • How long does it usually take to clean?
    Min 3 hours
  • How do you accept payment?
    We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle transfers and cash.

Cancellation Policy

No charge if cancelled within 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Charge of 1/2 total price if  the appointment not cancelled within 24 hours.
