Do you carry liability insurance?Sure, we do.

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do you charge hourly?No, we don't. We charge one amount per performed cleaning services.

Can you clean a refregirator separately?Yes, we can.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Do your wash windows?Yes, we do.

What kind of supplies do you use?In case a customer has any kind of allergy we'll use hypoallergenic supplies. In other cases, we do usually discuss the supplies with a customer.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

How long does it usually take to clean?Min 3 hours

How do you accept payment?We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle transfers and cash.

Cancellation Policy
No charge if cancelled within 24 hours before scheduled appointment. Charge of 1/2 total price if the appointment not cancelled within 24 hours.
